We sit peacefully and breathe. Breathwork is a direct way to signal safety to the nervous system, shifting the body from stuck to grounded presence. Sitting, 30 min.
Breath-linked, repetitive motion like yoga and dance creates a steady rhythm in your body, helping you move like you mean it...with intention AND attention. Standing/sitting/kneeling/lying down, 30 min.
Restorative yoga is active relaxation, allowing the body to deeply release tension and replenish energy without forcing effort. Lying down, 45 min (unless you fall asleep sooner ;-).
Stretching is about releasing pain and tightness from the body through still and dynamic stretches, rebuilding muscle memory towards pain-fee movement. In-person option for STRETCH available June/July. Standing/sitting, 45 min.
